Sangha
This group will be for people who are on the spiritual path and who are seeking sangha; a space for us to connect with other seekers, and a place for us to support and inspire each other into living and embodying our realization.  

Connection
Many of us can feel alone or isolated in our spiritual journey; we may long to find our tribe, to find a place where we feel seen and met, where we can relate with depth, transparency and vulnerability. 

Practice
It is not uncommon for many of us spiritual practitioners to have a fair degree of understanding, but to still struggle to live that realization in our lives, or at least in certain domains of our lives. This will be a place to deepen our realization and to bring it into all aspects of our lives.  We will learn to relate to each other with greater depth and vulnerability. 

This will be offered as a series of 8 -12 weekly meetings via Zoom, kept to 10 participants maximum.
