Spring Retreat

This three night spiritual retreat is an opportunity for us to step out of our usual patterns of doing and enter into an intentional period of silence and being. Surrounded by the beautiful redwood forest and with the support of guided and silent meditations, spiritual talks and inquiry, and intentional group sharing and dialogue we will settle deeper into our natural state of being.
During this retreat you will experience:
Periods of Silent meditation
Guided meditations that invite you into the radiant simplicity of your being
An invitation to experience both the human and spiritual dimensions of your being
Guided silent walks into the magical redwood forests surrounding the retreat center
Intimate groups where you will share and receive wisdom in a safe and sacred circle
Periods of free-time to journal, walk, meditate, swim, rest and contemplate
In this experience, you will get:
Three delicious vegetarian meals a day
A chance to reconnect to your tender, unwanted parts and come into more wholeness
The healing effects of practicing in a sacred sangha
An opportunity for deep transformation and growth
A chance to rest the body and mind
A renewed sense of connection to self, nature and each other
This retreat is appropriate for both beginning and experienced meditators. All participants are asked to maintain silence throughout the entire retreat, except for designated group sharing periods. This commitment includes refraining from the use of phones, books, or other outside distractions.
Attendance for the entire retreat is mandatory.
Please plan to arrive on time and leave after the retreat ends on the final day.
The retreat begins on Friday April 12 at 5:00pm and ends on Monday April 15 at 1:30pm.
The cost of the retreat depends on the type of housing you choose.
